HE HECHO Y DIVULGADO LA MISMA ADVERTENCIA OTROS PERIODISTAS DE MODO QUE NO LA ESTOY 'AGARRANDO' CON USTED. DEBE USTED LEERSE LA CONSTITUCION DE HONDURAS Y LA RELACION DE HECHOS PUESTA POR LA CORTE SUPREMA EN LA RED. LO QUE PARA USTED ES 'CLARO' PARA 'TODOS', PARA MI COMO ABOGADO CONSTITUCIONALISTA NO LO ES. ME EXCEPTUA POR FAVOR DEL 'TODO'. DECLARACIONES TAJANTES QUE NO SE AJUSTAN A LOS HECHOS NO AYUDAN PUES CONFUNDEN, particularmente su insistencia en usar la expresion 'golpe de estado'. Sus intenciones son buenas pero mezcla usted lo cierto con lo incorrecto y hace juicios de valor que no proceden si se usan las premisas adecuadas basadas en lo hechos tal y como acaecieron. NO EXISTE PARA NADA "una prision y una deportacion inconstitucional de su presidente, que posteriormente el Congreso y el Poder Judicial, ademas de los partidos poli­ticos, la Iglesia y otras Instituciones de la sociedad civil hondureña, han refrendado, aprobandola". Lo inconstitucional es el desacato y violar los articulos pertinentes que prohiben la reeleccion y el promoverla. LE FACILITO LA LECTURA de la constitucion CON LO QUE SE INCLUYE. El que quebrante esta disposicion o proponga su reforma, asÃi como aquellos que lo apoyen directa o indirectamente, cesaran de inmediato en el desempeño de sus respectivos cargos, y quedaran inhabilitados por diez años para el ejercicio de toda funcion publica". ZELAYA SE AUTO CESO Y ADEMAS PERDIO SU CIUDADANIA. EL CONGRESO SOLO PODIA DECLARAR EL HECHO NOTORIO DE SU CESE YA ESTABLECIDO POR REITERADA DESOBEDIENCIA A LAS CORTES que establecieron los hechos por sentencia interlocutoria quiere decir con participacion de ambas partes. DECLARAR LO QUE EXISTE NO ES LO MISMO QUE ACTUAR Y DECIDIR UN CASO. EL PRECEPTO CONSTITUCIONAL ES TAJANTE Y HABLA DE CESE INMEDIATO. ES IRRELEVANTE QUE LA DECLARACION del congreso SE HAGA POST FACTO PUES NO CAMBIA EN NADA LOS HECHOS. LOS ENEMIGOS DE LA LIBERTAD QUIEREN APOYARSE EN UN DETALLE LEGALISTA BASADO EN TIEMPOS INTERPRETADO A SU MANERA. MIENTRAS HACEN CASO OMISO DE TODO LO ACTUADO CON ANTERIORIDAD. ES REALMENTE REPUGNANTE Y ESCANDALOSO COMO HAY AMANTES DE LAS TIRANIAS EN LAS CANCILLERIAS DE AMERICA. Los Amantes de las Tiranias. HONDURAS ARMO SU CONSTITUCION PARA DEJAR DE SER REPUBLICA BANANERA Y QUIEREN HACER RETORNAR AL PAIS AL PASADO. DEPORTAR A UN DELINCUENTE Y DE FACTO EXTRANJERO ES PROCEDENTE CON ARREGLO A DERECHO Y PRUDENTE EN LAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS. A Honduras le van intentar imponer un 'arreglo' y la excusa sera lo que usted alega: 'deportacion y deposicion inconstitucional .'aludos Cordiales y de nuevo me perdona la advertencia que no suelo hacer pero esto se me hace muy importante para la causa de Cuba.
